Specifically, seamless mobile optimization adjusts smoothly from the thickest PC still living in grandma’s basement to the cellphone base-jumping over spring break. All the while, custom forms and Zendesk Live Chat integration create multiple contact points for customers with questions or appointment requests.
Today’s Family Dentistry is a service-oriented dental office treating patients like family, right down to hot chocolate chip cookies. While traditional page structure is polished with modernized swatches of calming blue to evoke the pre-appointment calm of their warm customer care. Ultimately, the focal point of every interaction is personalized assistance through live-chat prompts and appointment access points.
Written to evoke the same warm-fuzzy feeling of fresh-baked cookie after a dental appointment, Today’s Family Dentistry’s voice is familiar and open overall. All the while, addressing the client personally mimics their individualized service. Moreover, copy is straight-forward and approachable with a reiteration of their main mission: a dental visit that is surprisingly positive (cavities aside) and care that is personal and comforting.
