We’re looking for Client Relationship Manager to assist with cheerleading our brand and supporting our founders via telephone and live chat.
In an average day, you’d be available to handle client questions, assist with tech support, and guide new prospects through our pricing and plans. To be considered you’ll have to be knowledgeable, articulate, congenial, cool and confident.
- Friendly with a passion for technology–Geeks welcomed!
- Detail oriented, team player, and tech savvy with a knack for multi tasking
- Excellent communication skills via text and over the phone
- Excellent grammar and punctuation
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Knowledge of our Services and Plans
- Access to a quiet place to handle calls
- Ability to work remotely and/or from a mobile device
- Ability to turn goals into tasks with minimal supervision (We hate micro managing!!!)
- Willingness to work through our project management system, Asana
(Not required but a plus!)
- Sense of humor
- Understanding of MAC and Apple Products
- Understanding of SEO/SEM
The hours and structure of the position is flexible but should not exceed 5-10 hours per week.
